Ann Wells, MD

Chief Population Health/Clinical Value Officer
Dr. Ann Wells, InnovAge Interim Chief Medical Officer and Chief Medical Officer for Population Health

"My grandparents moved into my family’s home when they could no longer care for themselves. At a young age, I gained a real appreciation for their desire to stay with family and maintain their independence. I consider it a privilege to work for a company dedicated to keeping seniors healthy, independent, and in their homes with their loved ones."

Dr. Ann Wells is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the medical profession. Prior to joining InnovAge, Ann served as the executive director of prevention, chronic care, and population analytics at the Colorado Permanente Medical Group, where she led initiatives to improve standards of care for all of Kaiser Permanente Colorado members. Ann’s charitable work has also included serving as president of the board of directors for the American Diabetes Association in Colorado.
