What is InnovAge PACE?
PACE is a health care plan specially designed for seniors that works directly with Medicare and Medicaid. PACE stands for Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly - and InnovAge has been a PACE provider for 35 years!
How does PACE work?
All PACE participants come to one of our neighborhood PACE centers for their healthcare, while still living at home.
Each and every one of InnovAge PACE's 6,000+ participants in the U.S. has an 11-person dedicated care team that help seniors get the help they need to age in place and continue to independently.

What's covered by InnovAge PACE?
Eligible seniors enroll in InnovAge PACE's allows seniors to live at home and come to our PACE center in XXXX location w/link to location or market page for their medical care, dental care, and so many other services that empower seniors to age in place and live independently.
Who Qualifies for InnovAge PACE?
All PACE participants must meet these standards to qualify for the program:
Must be at least 55 years old
Need help with daily activities, like opening jars, buttoning buttons, or remembering appointments
Can live safely in their home, either alone or with others, with help
Live in one of our service areas in 6 states across the U.S.: California, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Virginia & Pennsylvania
