During the COVID-19 pandemic, our focus and mission remain the same: providing care and support to seniors across the country.

Through in-home care, telehealth services, and more, InnovAge's Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly continues to help seniors stay in their homes for as long as possible.

InnovAge is dedicated to delivering high quality, individualized care during this unprecedented time. While we have temporarily closed our physical centers, we continue to provide medical care and support in the home setting.

Coordinated Healthcare

Each senior has a personalized care plan and a team of dedicated medical experts to coordinate primary care, specialty care, and more.

Specialty Care

PACE offers easy access to dental, hearing, vision, and foot care services. Seniors also have access to a large network of medical specialists in their local community.

Medication Management

All prescription drugs and prescribed over-the-counter medications are included in PACE at no cost. All medications are delivered to the senior’s home.

In-Home Assistance

InnovAge provides medical and personal care in the home to help seniors stay independent for as long as possible.

Therapy Services

Each senior has an individualized therapy plan that may include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and rehabilitative therapies and equipment.

Transportation

PACE transports seniors from their homes to their PACE center and to approved offsite medical appointments. All vehicles are wheelchair-accessible.

What is InnovAge PACE?

InnovAge PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is an alternative to nursing facilities. It provides customized healthcare and social engagement to older adults to help them stay independent and in their homes. PACE participants receive most of their healthcare and social support at a PACE center in their community. Each person in the program has a team of medical experts and a personal care plan that is focused on providing a personalized PACE experience. InnovAge is one of more than 100 PACE providers across the U.S.

Who can join InnovAge PACE?

To participate in PACE, you must be

  • At least 55 years old;
  • Eligible for nursing facility level of care; and
  • Living in an InnovAge PACE service area.

How much does it cost?

*If you live in or move to supportive housing (assisted living or nursing home), there is a co-pay to that facility. Also, some states require a share of cost fee if your income exceeds the Medicaid threshold.

Are you enrolling during COVID?

Yes, InnovAge continues to enroll and serve seniors during COVID-19. Right now, we know that seniors need PACE more than ever, and the way the program works makes it an ideal way to care for them during the pandemic.

Does anyone live at an InnovAge PACE center?

No on lives at an InnovAge facility. While InnovAge provides full, wrap-around, coordinated healthcare, the seniors enrolled in PACE live in their own homes or in supportive housing based on their individual needs.
