InnovAge Pennsylvania LIFE

Center Director

My grandparents’ experiences inspired my decision to join the field of senior care. I love the LIFE model of care because I feel it is exactly what seniors and their families want most: the opportunity to stay in their own homes for as long as possible.

Shari is the center director for InnovAge’s Pennypack and Henry Ave. LIFE centers. She has vast experience in the long-term care industry, including experience operating residential programs for seniors, skilled nursing, mental health, continuing care retirement communities, and home care.

Shari has earned degrees in business and art therapy. She is also a licensed nursing home administrator in the state of Pennsylvania.
