Dr. Mack earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA and a Bachelor’s Degree in medieval studies and cognitive science from the University of Virginia. Dr. Mack also completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Colorado and a fellowship in geriatrics at the University of North Carolina. He is board certified in internal medicine and geriatrics. Dr. Mack has a special interest in dementia care.

As a father to two young children, he currently spends most of free time doing family activities. He hopes to someday have time to return to his interest in exploring the outdoors.

Dr. Ferrance received his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Virginia and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College. He completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at the Medical College of Virginia. He is board certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, and hospice and palliative medicine. Prior to joining InnovAge, Dr. Ferrance was a hospitalist medical director and emergency room physician at Riverside Tappahannock Hospital. He is also an adjunct clinical faculty member at the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System department of pediatrics, as well as the Via College of Osteopathic Medicine department of geriatrics. Dr. Ferrance enjoys wordworking, particularly pen-making, and performs as a DJ for special occasions—including PACE center events. He has been married for more than 30 years and has three grown children.

Nichole earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University with an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner specialization. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, and prior to joining InnovAge, Nichole spent 10 years as a home health and hospice nurse. Nichole was born and raised in Virginia and enjoys working on cars and spending time with her daughter and Chihuahua.

Dr. Evans received his Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and completed a residency in family medicine at the Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center where he was chief resident. He is board certified in family medicine and has spent his career serving patients in primary care settings, including PACE programs, private practice, geriatrics and palliative care. Dr. Evans grew up with his grandmother on the island of St. Lucia in the Caribbean. He is married with six children and three grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family and pets. Sailing is one of his favorite hobbies.
