Having cared for both of my ailing parents, I juggled between work, family, and caregiver duties. When I heard about InnovAge and the services it provides, I knew I wanted to be part of this amazing organization. I want to help alleviate the stress for someone else.
Tammi Holden joined InnovAge in March 2020 and is responsible for developing enterprise-wide standards and practices for clinical nursing delivered at all PACE | LIFE centers. As InnovAge grows, she will lead efforts to build capabilities and expand best practices in nursing.
Prior to joining InnovAge, Tammi served as senior vice president and chief nursing officer for Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At CTCA, she was responsible for nursing and operations in the inpatient, outpatient, and surgery divisions. In addition, she developed for CTCA new lines of service, new technologies for treatments that improved patient outcomes, and designed the organization’s first nurse navigation program to more efficiently serve patients.
Tammi holds a Master of Arts degree in strategy and leadership from the University of Oklahoma, and a bachelor of science in nursing from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
