So, what’s it like to be a nurse at InnovAge? Hear from some of our very own.

“Interdisciplinary team members all have their say in participant care.
You’re able to discuss with specialists from each area and combine
them in a way that makes better decisions for the participant.”
- Tony, home care Registered Nurse (RN)

"I’ve learned so much about how to care for those with dementia,
Alzheimer’s disease, and mental illness.”
- Garry, clinic Licenced Practical Nurse (LPN)

“I love that I get to see the same co-workers and participants daily.
Continuing that camaraderie every day, knowing participants can come to me with anything,
makes this particular role unique to working in a hospital system.”
- Yvette, InnovAge registered nurse (RN).

“My schedule is typically Monday through Friday, 8-5.
We don’t work night shifts or holidays except when we’re on call.”
- Thao, primary community nurse

At InnovAge, we hire doers.

As a member of #TeamInnovAge, you'll find yourself a part of a nationwide team of caregivers focused on helping older adults stay independent through PACE - Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. Your work will be based in one or more of our centers - the hub activity for PACE. Here, all primary care, socialization, and other services are provided to the participants enrolled in the program.
