How InnovAge Works for Seniors
- InnovAge LIFE offers completely connected senior healthcare, and if you have Medicare and Medicaid coverage, the cost is $0—no additional co-pays, premiums, or deductibles.
- Participants receive care at our neighborhood LIFE care centers, while continuing to live at home.
- The program includes rides to and from home, to our centers, and all medical appointments. Plus, medication management and prescription delivery.
- Our neighborhood care centers offer primary, specialty, dental and behavioral health services, social activities, healthy meals and more—all under one roof.
How InnovAge Works for Paid Caregivers
- We support caregivers who help seniors live safely at home, and we pay them for the care they already provide.
- Paid caregivers must be a family member, relative, or friend of a senior enrolled in InnovAge LIFE in Philadelphia and must meet certain eligibility requirements.
- Eligible caregivers receive a daily rate of pay, weekly paychecks, help managing your loved ones' care, and ongoing support from our senior care team.

Who qualifies for InnovAge LIFE?
To be eligible for InnovAge LIFE, seniors must:
• Be at least 55 years old
• Need help with daily activities, like opening jars, buttoning clothing, or remembering appointments
• Be able to live safely at home, with help if needed
• Live in one of our Philadelphia service areas
Who qualifies for the Paid Caregiver Program?
Paid caregivers must:
• Care for a senior enrolled in InnovAge LIFE in Pennsylvania
• Pass a background check, drug test, and home visit
• Not be a spouse or Power of Attorney (POA)
• Provide care regularly
