What's covered by InnovAge PACE?
InnovAge PACE allows eligible seniors to live at home and have all their healthcare needs, including medical care and dental care, covered at their neighborhood PACE center. It gives seniors the support they need to live on their own and stay independent.
Who Qualifies for InnovAge PACE?
All PACE participants must meet these standards to qualify for the program:
- Be at least 55 years old
- Able to live safely at home and in the community with support
- Eligible for nursing facility level care
- Live in a service area of one of our 6 centers: Loveland/Northern Colorado, Aurora, Denver, Thornton, Lakewood, Pueblo.
