Marilyn Tavenner served as chief operating officer and acting administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) from 2010-2013, and CMS administrator from 2013-2015 under President Barack Obama, where her leadership was instrumental from 2010 to 2015 during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. 

Former Healthcare Executive

Richard C. Zoretic retired in May, 2014 as president of WellPoint’s Government Business Division (GBD), a $34 billion business encompassing WellPoint’s Medicaid, Medicare, CareMore, and Federal Employee Program businesses. In this capacity, Richard was responsible for approximately half of WellPoint’s annual revenue and one quarter of corporate earnings.
