Elaine Critticos, NP
I love the team approach that lets our participants live on their own, independently. That is why I’m here at InnovAge – PACE.
Her previous work experience includes caring for patients in a variety of settings including hospice, a primary care clinic for the underserved and more than 20 years in various intensive, critical care areas. Simultaneously, she has been dedicated to educating the next generation of nurses. She taught at Averette and Ferrum Colleges and served as a preceptor and mentor to registered nursing students.
Elaine is from Florida and also lived in North Carolina and California before moving to Roanoke, VA. She is married and has a son. Her family has three dogs and two cats. Elaine enjoys gardening and traveling in the family RV.
Each InnovAge participant has a team of medical experts dedicated to providing personalized healthcare. Elaine is a member of our coordinated healthcare team for InnovAge Virginia PACE.
