InnovAge Recertified as a Great Place to Work

All of us at InnovAge are driven by a deeply meaningful mission and purpose: to help frail seniors age in their own homes, and on their own terms, through the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE (known in Pennsylvania as Living Independently for Elders, or LIFE). This purpose, combined with an environment of respect and trust, creates a strong culture for the benefit of our staff, participants, and caregivers.
You can see this strength in our Great Place to Work survey results. Our staff gave very high marks to their experience in several key areas:
- Feeling good about the ways we contribute to the community (83%)
- Feeling that they make a difference on an individual level (82%)
- Being given a lot of responsibility (86%)
- Being made to feel welcome at InnovAge (82%)
- Having a physically safe place to work (89%)
Our commitment to transparency and increased communication in the face of the pandemic has fortified our culture and helped InnovAge continue to grow and thrive. Our team is stronger than ever, and our participants report a high level of satisfaction with their care as a result.
