InnovAge Participated at 2026 Wells Fargo Health Conference
October 08, 2026
InnovAge CEO Patrick Blair and CFO Ben Adams participated in the 2026 Wells Fargo Healthcare Conference and shared an update on the company’s progress and the opportunities they believe lie ahead for the organization and the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Blair described the work InnovAge has undertaken to strengthen leadership, systems, technology and operational discipline while building a stronger foundation to help support more seniors in the company’s PACE program.
“InnovAge 3.0 is really the next stage of our evolution,” Blair said. “It’s not about rebuilding the company again. It really is about getting more out of the platform that we’ve already built.”
Blair shared how the company is focused on enhancing care delivery, driving better outcomes, supporting responsible growth, using data and insights to reduce variation, and thoughtfully applying technology and AI to help clinicians and operations become more effective. Blair also discussed opportunities to expand through new centers, partnerships, acquisitions and exploring ways to extend elements of the PACE model to additional populations.
“We don’t believe PACE is a niche program,” Blair said. “It is a platform. It does represent an opportunity that we believe expands over time.”
