How does PACE work as an assisted living alternative?
All PACE participants come to one of our neighborhood PACE centers for care, while still living at home. InnovAge provides transportation to and from the center, along with a host of additional services important to living a healthy, connected, independent life.

Who Qualifies for InnovAge PACE: Is it the right senior living alternative for you?
All PACE participants must meet these standards to qualify for the program:
• Must be at least 55 years old
• Need help with daily activities, like opening jars, buttoning buttons, or remembering appointments
• Can live safely in your home, either alone or with others, with help
• Live in one of our service areas in 6 states across the U.S.: California, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Virginia & Pennsylvania

How to get started with InnovAge PACE
