PACE works and it matters. The model unites a team of experts – primary care doctors, social workers, therapists, dietitians, dentists and more – to deliver comprehensive, high-quality, cost-effective care. By helping older adults maintain their quality of life, PACE empowers seniors to age independently in the communities they cherish, sustaining their connections to the places and people that mean the most to them. Supporting and expanding PACE to help more seniors is worthy of our best efforts.
