Katie Desorcy
The PACE model provides an individualized approach to healthcare that is unique and cannot be found elsewhere. I love that we empower participants to be proactive with their health and that we give them the tools to sustain this.
Katie graduated with a bachelor’s and a master’s in social work from Florida State University. Within her master’s program, Katie completed a certification program in Leadership in Executive and Administrative Development. Katie is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer from the Philippines in the Children, Youth, and Families Development sector.
She has experience in reentry, behavioral health, and research. Prior to joining InnovAge, Katie worked at a community hospital where she held various leadership positions within the hospital and outpatient settings. She is also a former Adjunct Instructor at the Florida State University College of Social Work and taught at the graduate and undergraduate schools.
In Katie’s free time, she loves to spend time outdoors. She loves to exercise, play pickleball, and go for walks on Bayshore. She enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures.
