Meredith Delk

Meredith Delk serves as InnovAge’s Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, government affairs, and large-scale transformation. In her role, she leads the teams focused each day on pharmacy, behavioral health, and all in home services. Additionally, she serves as the Chief External Affairs officer overseeing government affairs, marketing, and communications. Meredith has dedicated her career to being a voice and advocate for Americans living in poverty and is deeply focused on work that improves access, quality, and generates a positive community impact.
 
Prior to joining InnovAge, Meredith was the General Manager and Senior Vice President of State Government Solutions at Prime Therapeutics, previously Magellan Rx, where she oversaw a  pharmacy portfolio serving millions of Americans living in poverty across 28 states and DC.  Meredith previously held senior roles at Magellan Health, WellPoint (now Elevance), and Amerigroup.
 
She holds a Doctor of Counselor Education and a Master of Social Work, and devotes time to serving on nonprofit boards. Meredith lives in Austin, Texas and is a devoted mother, friend, and community member and can often be found entertaining or taking in live music in her hometown.
