Pavithra Mahesh

Pavithra Mahesh is a Principal on the Services team at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm she joined in 2018. She brings deep experience in healthcare services investing and a strong understanding of value-based care models.

Prior to Apax, Pavithra was an investment professional at Goldman Sachs, where she focused on buyouts and growth equity investments within healthcare services and information technology. She began her career in Goldman Sachs’ healthcare investment banking group.

Pavithra previously served on the InnovAge Board from 2020 through March 2023, prior to and following the Company’s initial public offering. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Economics, magna cum laude, from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
