Sean Traynor is a General Partner in the Healthcare Group at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe (WCAS), where he has been since 1999. He brings more than two decades of experience investing in and supporting healthcare services organizations with a focus on long-term growth and operational performance.

Sean currently serves on the boards of Constitution Surgery Alliance, TailorCare, United Musculoskeletal Partners, Valtrius, and AMERISAFE, Inc. His investment focus includes healthcare delivery, payor services, and medical technology.

Sean previously served on the InnovAge Board from 2015 through August 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
