To enroll in InnovAge PACE, seniors must: 

  • Be at least 55 years or older
  • Live in an InnovAge PACE service area 
  • Be certified by the state as needing a nursing facility level of care
  • Be able to live safely at home and in the community with support


Our enrollment specialists help guide seniors through the enrollment process, including assisting with applications for programs like Medicaid.
