To qualify for PACE, you must be
- At least 55 years old;
- Eligible for nursing facility level of care;
- Able to live safely at home and in the community with support; and
- Living in an InnovAge PACE service area.
To qualify for PACE, seniors must meet certain financial and medical requirements. Please note InnovAge offers PACE in multiple states, and each state has its own requirements to qualify. For more details, and to talk with one of our senior care experts, call us at 844-704-9613 TTY:711.
Most of our participants enjoy PACE at low or no cost:
|if you are:||Cost (out-of-pocket)|
|Eligible for Medicaid||No cost*|
|Eligible for Medicaid and Medicare||No cost*|
|Eligible for Medicare only|
|Not eligible for Medicaid or Medicare||Self-pay rate|
*If you live in or move to supportive housing (assisted living or nursing home), there is a co-pay to that facility. Also, some states require a share of cost fee if your income exceeds the Medicaid threshold.
Some participants choose to pay privately for PACE, though they still need to meet all eligibility requirements for their state.
To find out more about costs, call an InnovAge senior care expert at 844-704-9613 TTY:711.
