Linda has spent more than 20 years leading and growing business operations, with a focus on health care. Before joining InnovAge Pennsylvania LIFE, she was the Director of Finance and Health Plan Management and Business Operations for Trinity Health PACE in Wilmington, Delaware. During that time, she was also the Interim Executive Director for St. Francis LIFE Program. Previously, as the Chief Finance Officer for New Castle Conservation District, she was central to managing key contracts and implementing an electronic payroll system. At Crozer Keystone Health Systems, Linda served as the Senior Administrative Director of Hospital Based Services. There, she created a call center and nurse triage system and developed a physician leadership academy. She also improved patient access and created the first Geriatric Emergency Medicine Service line in Pennsylvania, as its Administrative Director of Primary Care.
At Wilmington University in Delaware, Linda earned her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management, as well as her Master of Business Administration. She also obtained her Executive Leadership Institute, Organizational Leadership Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
